On August 23, 1991, we received your petition under Oregon's
Public Records Law. Your petition asked the Attorney General to
order the Executive Department to disclose certain documents.
One of the documents, the application for testing made by
Barbara Swanson for the position of certified property appraiser,
no longer exists. Therefore, it cannot be provided to you. The
Executive Department informs us that it will send you a copy of
the other document you requested, the application for testing
made by Loraine Gough for the position of certified property
appraiser. Accordingly, your petition for public records
disclosure is now moot.
